Roland Eklou

President / CEO

Roland Eklou is the President and Founder of West Africa Leadership and Youth Ministries (WALYM, Inc). He was born and raised in Togo, West Africa. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies and Missions from Appalachian Bible College in West Virginia, a Master of Divinity degree from Moody Theological Institute (Moody Bible Institute) in Chicago, Illinois, and is now pursuing his doctorate degree in Pastoral Leadership through Liberty University.

In addition to his theological studies, Roland has done further studies in church planting, youth ministry, and church administration at Ghana Baptist Theological Institute and at other seminars in West Virginia and in Tennessee. His pastoral and Christian leadership ministries include six years of pastoring both in Ghana and in the United States. He served as President of the Association des Jeune Chrétien’s pour l’Evangelisation (AJCE). He founded True Faith Ministries (TFM) which serves through music and worship education ministry groups. He also assisted the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE), which plants churches through evangelistic youth ministries and other programs.

Roland Eklou is an international speaker and teacher. He has taught several biblical theology seminars as well as spoken on issues related to the faith-walk with God, such as fear, faith, and the will of God.

Roland is married to Alisa, and together they have one son. They are currently living in Wisconsin, where Roland is an associate pastor and also serves WALYM part-time in the United States. The rest of his time will be spent in West Africa training leaders in servant leadership, leading pastoral training, seminars, youth ministries, and church planting.

Lynette Bosin

Lynette earned a BA in Nursing and her Midwifery in England. She had served in Africa as a missionary for several years before returning to the U.S. She serves as the advisor for WALYM. Lynette loves the Lord and loves helping mission organizations and missionaries. She has supported countless young people in their studies both in Bible colleges and medical schools. One of her favorite activities is playing piano at her church in Wisconsin every Sunday. Lynette and her brother still go once a year to Kenya to help and teach medical students.  They have been doing this ministry for over 30 years.

Lynette Bosin

Jill Randall

Vice President of Resource Development & CFO

Jill has 30+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, and for the last twenty years has held the office of municipal clerk for a township in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. In this role she is responsible for accounts receivable and payable, creating and maintaining budgets, annual financial statements, as well as running elections and other government operations. Jill also holds the office of secretary for the Lamartine Cemetery Association and is a notary public. She enjoys spending time with her husband Brad, their two grown children and their families. Her hobbies include reading, music, and movies. She starts each day in prayer with God and strongly believes that

“With God ALL Things are possible” –Matthew 19:26.

Daniel Matuch

Secretary

Daniel John Matuch currently worships at Hyde Park University Bible Fellowship where he has been attending ever since his undergraduate days at the University of Chicago. After graduating in 2012, he spent two years in France, completing his Romance Languages and Literature degree and teaching English. He also graduated from Moody Theological Seminary in 2017 with a Masters of Divinity degree, with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship. He enjoys involvement in activities and communities that stretch him to his limits. Painting, weight-lifting, and hosting friends are some of the ways he chooses to relax. While he is currently employed full-time as an accounts receivable biller in a law firm in downtown Chicago, his goal is to be a minister of Christ Jesus as a U.S. military chaplain.

Florent Attiogbe

Vice President for Programs and Development

Florent Agbe Attiogbe received Christ at the age of 14. With determination and fervor, he served the Lord and was committed to being a model and a coach for other young people.
The church leaders soon conferred on him various responsibilities, which is diligently carried out including secretary of the youth committee, deacon in charge of the youth and music, member of the Executive Committee, clergyman, teacher and Sunday school manager, and coordinator of COJEB-U2E, a group of young people from nine Baptist churches in an association in Togo. He is heavily involved in youth and leadership ministries. He also hosts a Christian radio program in Togo. Florent is married and the father of three children. He currently works for a well-known insurance company in Lomé, Togo.

Hannah Foster

Hannah loves serving as a strategic planning consultant, and she is thankful she was able to assist WALYM in developing its 2017-2020 strategic plan. She is passionate about helping mission organizations achieve their full potential, especially those working in Africa and other countries. Hannah spent her early career in elementary education and has her bachelor’s degree both in education and theology.
